RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Big Hair No Care wigs and extensions may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return your purchase, your first step will be to send us a notification by email at email@example.com, including “RETURN” and your order number in the subject. Before sending your purchase by post, please ensure that you have received a confirmation of your request by email, as an acknowledgement of your request by our team.
In order to be entitled to a full refund, please note that your extensions or wig must be unused. So please ensure that all extensions or wigs remain in their original packaging and are completely unused with tags intact. All products must remain in a resalable condition and will be checked upon arrival at our warehouse. We will be unable to accept any returns found to be compromised in this way.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance to ensure that we safely receive your return. My Hermes provide a Return Service, please see here. Big Hair No Care will not accept liability for any items that do not reach us securely.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you wish to cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them. Therefore, all cancellation request must be sent within an hour upon placing the order.
We are happy to exchange your Big Hair No Care but shipping will have to be on you if the correct items were received.
At this time we accept exchanges made under 28 days.
